Account Deletion

1. In-App Deletion

In Dilutio, go to Settings, then Delete Account, and type DELETE to confirm. Account deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot be undone after completion.

2. Web Request Path

If you cannot access the app, email hello@tuusix.com with the subject "Dilutio Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership.

3. What Is Deleted

• account profile and authentication data where technically and legally possible;
• saved blends, routines, preferences, and oil cabinet data associated with the account;
• user-uploaded media where technically available;
• processor-side records where deletion is supported or required.

4. What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained, anonymized, or disassociated where required or permitted for tax, payment, fraud prevention, security, moderation, dispute, legal, or platform compliance purposes.

5. Subscriptions

Deleting your Dilutio account does not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions separately in Apple or Google subscription settings before deleting the account if you want to stop future billing.
