1. Who Provides Dilutio
These Terms are between you and TUUSIX OYUN YAZILIM VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("TUUSIX", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the Dilutio mobile application, website, and related services.

2. Service Description
Dilutio is an essential oil blending, fragrance, and education app. It includes an oil library, blend creation tools, optional AI-assisted suggestions, personal saved content, subscription features, and community features where enabled.
Dilutio is not a medical app or medical device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, clinical guidance, or emergency advice. App content is for general education, fragrance, and wellness-oriented use only.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Dilutio.
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Some community or messaging features may be unavailable to users under 16.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plans are sold through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase. Prices, trial periods, taxes, renewal timing, and refund handling are presented by the platform before purchase and managed through that platform.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple or Google before the renewal deadline shown by the platform.
- You can use the in-app Manage / Cancel Subscription button to open the applicable platform subscription settings.
- Deleting your Dilutio account does not cancel an active Apple or Google subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through the platform.
- Restore Purchases is available in the app for users who reinstall or change devices.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their platform rules unless applicable law requires otherwise.
5. EU/UK/Turkiye Consumer Withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a digital subscription or digital service, we will provide the required withdrawal information and online withdrawal function for eligible users. This withdrawal right is separate from subscription cancellation through Apple or Google.
Where permitted by law, if you request immediate access to digital features during a withdrawal period, you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw after performance begins. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
6. Free and Paid Feature Limits
Free accounts currently receive 3 AI calls per day. Paid accounts receive unlimited AI access for personal, non-abusive use. We may review paid usage patterns that materially exceed normal personal use, including more than 500 AI requests in one day.
7. AI-Generated Content
- AI output is labeled in the app and may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your situation.
- AI output is educational and must not be treated as professional, medical, safety-critical, or emergency advice.
- You are responsible for independently checking any blend, dilution, ingredient, allergy, pet, child, pregnancy, or skin-sensitivity information before use.
- AI features require consent for third-party AI processing. You can withdraw consent in the app.
- The app provides a way to report AI output that appears offensive, unsafe, or otherwise problematic.
8. Essential Oil Safety
Essential oils and fragrance materials can cause irritation, allergic reactions, phototoxicity, poisoning, or other harm if misused. Do not ingest essential oils based on Dilutio content. Keep oils away from eyes, mucous membranes, children, and pets unless you have independent professional guidance. Consult a qualified professional before use if pregnant, nursing, using medication, managing a medical condition, or applying oils to children, older adults, pets, or sensitive skin.
9. User Content and Community
You keep ownership of content you create. By posting content in community features, you grant TUUSIX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating Dilutio.
- Do not post illegal content, harassment, hate, spam, unsafe instructions, misleading claims, infringement, or private information.
- Do not post content that claims to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate disease.
- We may remove content, limit reach, suspend accounts, or preserve records where needed for safety, moderation, legal, or platform reasons.
- Community reports, copyright notices, and illegal-content notices are handled under our Community Guidelines and Notice and Action Policy.
10. Third-Party Links and Retailers
Dilutio may link to third-party retailers or resources. Purchases from third-party retailers are between you and that retailer. We are not responsible for third-party products, fulfillment, safety, claims, privacy practices, or refunds. Affiliate or sponsored links will be disclosed where used.
11. Account Deletion and Data
You can request account deletion in the app. Account deletion is intended to be permanent. It does not cancel Apple or Google subscriptions. Some records may be retained or anonymized where required for tax, fraud prevention, security, moderation, legal claims, or platform compliance. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
12. Disputes and Mandatory Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection, privacy, app-store, or local law gives you additional rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights of EU, UK, Turkish, or other consumers to use competent local courts or consumer authorities.
We do not impose a blanket US arbitration clause on EU, UK, or Turkish consumers.
13. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or platform requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the app, website, or email where appropriate.
